AP SBTET Fee Payment 2021: The State Board of Technical Education & Training, AP has released a circular that the diploma exams scheduled from 3rd April 2020 are postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak in the country.
The updated schedule for AP SBTET exams is not yet released by the board.

Mode of Fee Payment
Fee payment for the AP SBTET Diploma exam is acceptable through online and offline modes.
Option 1: You can pay the fee amount by cash at the Polytechnic Center
Option 2: Pay the fee online through the payment gateway.
The following are the acceptable payment methods in their gateway.
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Debit Card + ATM PIN
- Internet Banking
Candidates can pay the fee amount by using any of the above payment options.
Note: Fee once paid (Online & Offline) will not be refunded.
AP SBTET Fee Payment Procedure 2021
If you choose to pay the exam fee by cash, you can directly visit the Polytechnic Center and pay the fee.
If you want to pay the fee online, then follow the below steps. We have provided the step by step procedure with screenshots.
- Visit the official website (Click Here)
Firstly, go to the official website and in the menu section, you will find the tab “Online Applications“, click on it.
- Select the type of fee payment
There are 5 types of fee payments shown in the drop-down
1. DOFP Fee Payment (Diploma Online Fee Payment)
2. RCRV Fee Payment
3. Certificate Fee Payment
4. Condonation Fee Payment
5. Promotion Fee Payment
Select the type of payment, you will be taken to a new page. - Enter your PIN Number
On the next page, enter your PIN number and click on “GET DETAILS” as shown in the below screenshot.
- Retrieval of Details
All your course and personal details will be retrieved from the database.
Following are the details are shown on the screen
1. Your PIN Number
2. Name of the Student
3. Father’s Name
4. Gender
5. Your Branch
6. Subject Details
At the end of the page, you will find the button “Show Payme“, click on it. - Submit the details
Your total amount will be shown on screen, click on “Submit”
- Payment Page
After clicking on the submit button, you will be taken to the payment gateway page
Select the type of payment (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking) and Click on “Make Payment“ - Acknowledgment Copy
After successful completion of payment, an acknowledgment will be generated on the screen showing your personal and fee details.
- Take a Print out
Just below the acknowledgment copy, there is a Print button. Click on it and take a print out for future use.
