How to Download TS SSC Duplicate Marks Memo?

Now, we will see how to get your TS SSC Duplicate Marks Memo at the official website of the BSE Telangana. Follow the below step-by-step procedure.

  1. Visit the official portal of BSE Telangana

    Firstly, go to the memo downloading page of BSE Telangana (Click Here to Go). There you will see the page with the title “YEAR WISE DATABASE OF SSC (X Class) PASSED CANDIDATES“TS SSC Memo Download

  2. Fill out all the details Details

    In the second step, you need to fill up all the details like
    1. SSC Hall Ticket Number
    2. Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
    3. Year & Month of Examination (Ex. March 2019)
    4. Select the Stream of Examination (Regular, Private, OSSC-Regular, OSSC-Private, Advance Supplementary)
    5. Enter the CAPTCHA Code

  3. Cross-check the details entered

    After entering all the details, cross-check the details and click on the “Submit” button (Use the below screenshot as a reference).TS SSC Duplicate Memo Download

  4. Download Duplicate SSC Memo

    After clicking on the Submit button, your duplicate SSC memo will be displayed on the screen.

  5. Print your memo

    On the same page, you will find the option called “Print this Page“, Click on it and take a printout.

Importance of the SSC Memo: The SSC memo plays a major role in pursuing higher studies. The SSC memo can be useful for

  1. Students who are seeking higher education
  2. Application of Government jobs
  3. Foreign Education
  4. Application of the Passport and PAN Card (as proof of Date of Birth)

In the past, there is no such option called downloading a memo from the website.

Procedure to get Original SSC Marks Memo (for batches before 2004)

It is good that the board has been given the opportunity to download the duplicate memos online. But the opportunity is not available for candidates who have passed before 2004.

There is a certain procedure to get the duplicate memo for those who passed before 2004.

Candidates who have qualified 10th class between 1953 and 2004 can follow the below procedure to get your duplicate memo.

You need to file a complaint at the nearest police station concerning the lost memo and a copy of the same will be submitted to the board to get your memo again.

You are also required to fill out the application form & get signed by the school’s headmaster to get a duplicate SSC memo.

This application form is particularly for students who got passed before 2004. You are required to fill out the application form with the following details.

  • Name of the Applicant (IN CAPITAL LETTERS)
  • Address of the Applicant
  • Name of the Father
  • Date of Birth as per the SSC Records
  • Place of Birth
  • Name of the Last Studied School
  • Hall Ticket/ Roll Number of SSC

    1. submit these documents mentioned below in Board of secondary education..
      1. FIR from police station (first go to mee seva)
      2. Fill the application form for duplicate memo (download from the website) and get signed from your School where u studied.
      3. Request letter from your school for a duplicate memo. letter must be on school letter heard.
      4. paid receipt challan of rupees 250 in SBI Treasury Bank.
      5. Affidavit of 20 rupees stamp paper
      6. ssc copy
      7. aadhaar card copy
      within 20 days you will be receiving duplicate copy directly to your school. so, then collect it from your school.
