MP Scholarship 2021-2022: The Govt. of Madhya Pradesh is offering more than 20 scholarships to provide financial support to the students from economically weaker sections.

The applications and the processing of all these schemes are organized at the official website “Maharashtra Scholarship Portal“.

There are 20+ scholarships for the students pursuing Pre-Matric & Post-Matric courses.

MP Scholarship Schemes 2021-2022 (20+ Scholarships)

MP Scholarship 2021-2022: The scholarships of Madhya Pradesh are being offered under various departments like the Department of Higher Education, Dept. of Social Justice, Dept. of Technical Education, etc.,

Now let us dig into each scholarship scheme.

1. Post-Matric Scholarship for SC Students 2021-2022

The “Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme for SC Students” is funded and organized by the Govt. of Madhya Pradesh.

The students who belong to SC Category and pursuing class 11th or above can apply for this scheme.

The detailed eligibility is as follows

Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate must be the domicile of Madhya Pradesh state
• Must have passed 10th class and pursuing classes 11th or above
• The applicant must belong to SC Category

Documents Required:

• Domicile Certificate
• Caste Certificate
• A valid & latest Income Certificate
• Passport Size Photograph of the Candidate
• 10th Class Pass Certificate
• Residential Address Proof (Aadhar card, Ration Card, etc.,)
• Samagra ID
• Present College’s Admission Letter (Or any other proof)

2. MP Post-Matric Scholarship for ST Students 2021-2022

MP Scholarship for ST Students: The applications are invited from the ST candidates pursuing classes 11th or above in the state.

The candidates who meet the eligibility factors can submit their applications online.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicant must belong to the Madhya Pradesh state
• Must have passed 10th class
• The candidate must be pursuing classes 11th or above in any of the recognized College/ Institution
• Only ST Candidates are eligible to apply
• The annual income of the family must be less than 6 Lakh

Rewards:

The scholarship amount is provided based on the annual income of the family.

3. MP Post-Matric Scholarship for OBC Students 2021-22

The Post-Matric Scholarship for the OBC category is very similar to the above two schemes. The only difference is that it is applicable to OBC Category students in Madhya Pradesh.

The students of the OBC category pursuing the 11th or above classes can apply for this scheme.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicant must be a domicile of Madhya Pradesh state
• Only OBC Category students are eligible to apply
• Must have passed 10th class and joined in class 11th or above
• The family’s annual income must not exceed Rs. 3 Lakh from all sources

• Photograph of the candidate
• Residential Address Proof
• Income Certificate
• A valid Caste Certificate
• 10th Class Final Marks Memo
• Samagra ID
• Admission Letter from the Present College

4. Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana (MMVY) 2021-2022

The “Mukhyamantri Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana” program is funded by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. The primary objective of the scheme is to encourage talented students to pursue higher education.

The shortlisted candidates will get the Full Tuition Fee for the complete course.

The students of Madhya Pradesh who passed the 12th standard and pursuing graduate-level courses can apply for the scheme.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only the students of Madhya Pradesh State are eligible
• Must have passed the 12th standard with not less than 70% marks (through Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education) or 85% marks in the case of CBSE/ ICSE board
• The annual income of the family should be less than Rs. 6,00,000/- from all sources
• Must have joined any of the undergraduate courses at the recognized university/ college

5. Mukhyamantri Jankalyan (Shiksha Protsahan Yojna) 2021-22

The Department of Technical Education, Govt. of MP is inviting the applications for the “Mukhyamantri Jankalyan (Shiksha Protsahan) Yojna.

The application process is for the academic session 2021-2022.

The students of Madhya Pradesh who passed the 12th standard and got admitted into ITI/ Diploma/ Graduate level courses can apply for the scheme.

The course fee of the shortlisted candidates will get paid off.

Eligibility Criteria:

The applicants must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to get the scholarship

• Must be a domicile of Madhya Pradesh State
• The candidate must pass the 12th class from any of the recognized institute/ college
• Must be enrolled in ITI/ Diploma/ Graduate level course at any of the recognized college/ institute
• The parents of the applicant must be enrolled under the Labour Department of the Madhya Pradesh Government
• Candidates who scored rank less than 1.5 Lakh in JEE mains can apply for the scheme
• The students who got admission into Govt./ Private Medical Colleges, Dental Colleges through the entrance test NEET are eligible
• The candidates who got admission to NLU or DU through CLAT are also eligible

How to Apply for MP Scholarship 2021-2022?

The application process for MP Scholarship Schemes is carried out on the official portal www.scholarshipportal.mp.nic.in.

There are more than 20 scholarships listed on this portal. The registration process is mandatory for all students who are seeking scholarships.

• Scroll down the page a little until you reach the Student Corner section

• There are four columns under that section
  • Student Corner
  • Track Application Status
  • Hostels
  • Important News
• Under the Student Corner column, there is a Register Yourself link, click on it
• A new page opens with the important guidelines
• Go through the guidelines carefully, select the checkbox at the bottom of the page
• The “Continue” button enables after clicking on the checkbox
• Hit the Continue button
• Enter your 12-digit Aadhar Card Number twice and hit the Check & Verify button
• Verify your Aadhar details through OTP or through Biometric methods
• Fill the form with basic details and hit the Register button
• Now, you are done with the registration process

After the successful registration, candidates have to log in to the portal by entering their login credentials.
